Trip to the Fifteenth Century

My wife and I went to Rouen 1431 yesterday, an amazing 360° panorama of the city from the viewpoint of being on the top of the Cathedral façade. A son et lumière effect alternates fair and foul weather, day and night, the ringing of bells and the noises of people and animals. It is amazing in its detail and studied perspective, best from the second floor of the structure in the centre of the cylindrical building. We intend to go a second time, but with my binoculars to see the details of St Joan of Arc before her judges and the many markets, religious processions and people farming in their back yards.

If any of you go to Rouen, I recommend this show which will continue until next year. This video gives a vague idea, but the reality is far better:
